No solar detected

I've just installed 3 ring spotlight cameras, 1 pro, and 2 spotlight plus all with solar connections. One PLUS shows a 100% battery with solar power connected. One PLUS shows battery @73% and no solar connection. On device settings it shows 1 battery green with the lighting strike indicator.Can't figure out why there's no solar connection shown. I guess a possibility is a bad panel, but the Battery indicator with the lighting strike would make me think it's charging. One PLUS shows the solar connected and on the setting screen it shows one battery green with a sun. It's confusing to have each camera show something different from each other with the same end results. I appreciate the help.Danny
