  Hi @user10563. This could be due to various different reasons, but you can narrow down the cause with some troubleshooting tips and tricks. I'd recommend checking out our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001499906-Ring-App-is-Having-Trouble-Connecting-to-the-Ring-Device-and-Showing-Video), which will cover several of the causes for Live View and video concerns. Additionally, you can review the ports and protocols used by Ring devices [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices), as these need to be enabled in your wifi network settings.   I have the same problem, I even reset this device but it did not fix the problem.
