My camera is missing motion events, plus I'm getting horrible echo on my end when talking through the mic on the camera

I've had packages delivered and people have stopped by and my camera is not detecting them. It doesn't happen all the time, bit I can't figure out why. Also when I talk to anyone at my door, I hear myself echo on the app of that makes sense. It's horrible.

@user3409 A few questions. Is your camera battery or mains powered. How high/low is it mounted? Do you have a strong WiFi signal at the device?
