Motion-activated lighting when cameras are in Disarmed Mode

I'm wondering if this is a new behavior... when I have my cameras in Disarmed Mode, they are still turning on the lights when motion is detected, even though the dashboard says "Motion Detection is Off". Not a big deal, but it seems like this is new behavior... I don't recall them working this way in the past. Is there a setting somewhere that controls this?
