Hello. I’ve just installed two new solar stick up cams at my 2nd home. Every time I go into Mode Settings on the iOS app it says “something went wrong, you did everything right. This was just a glitch. Try again” I have tried multiple times over multiple days. Still same error. Please advise. Also even though I have ring protect a message pop-up says I have 28 days of protect plan left - is this just because I added new cams? Thx.

Hi @user44873. In your phones settings for the Ring app, do you have all permissions enabled and allowed? Are you using a VPN? Are you connected to WiFi or cellular data when this happens? What version of the Ring app is installed and what iOS version? Lastly, what is the RSSI for your cam?
