Missing tiles in app

My husband and I just started using our floodlight cam. I was exploring the app on my phone and discovered there are no tiles to adjust settings for the lights or motion. Is this right? Thanks in advance for any help, bllady

    Good question @bllady ! There should be motion and light motion settings in the Ring app. If you open the Ring app, visit your Floodlight Cam, tap Device Settings, you should see an option in the list for Motion Settings. There you can alter zones and sensitivity for motion on the Floodlight Cam. Hope this helps! :)

      Hi @TLyleJeep. If you do not have the Motion Settings tile for your Camera, try the following steps: * Verify that you are the Owner and not the shared user of the Camera. * Verify that your Ring app and smart phone are caught up with the latest updates available. * Disable any active VPNs on your phone. I also see the option to disable/enable motion detection and a few other tiles are missing in the screenshot you provided. That is a sign that your concern is more related to the first option I mentioned, that you are the Shared User rather than the Owner. Shared Users will have limited access to Ring devices and can not change settings.
