Low battery on stick up camera

Am having issue with my stick up camera that works on battery. it is same error that others are receiving on their wired cameras. i have done the normal steps of removing and setting up the camera again. i've uninstalled the app as well. I believe the issue is with the app itself. If i login on the website the camera works fine so it's got to be the app!

Hi @Gatorjoe. To clarify, are you receiving a message that your Stick Up Cam's battery is low? Make sure to fully charge it with the provided charging cable for about 6-8 hours, then put the battery back in the Camera. Perform a quick reboot once the fully charged battery is inserted, and the percentage should be updated.
