Live View Freezing Cell Data Issue

I have a indoor/outdoor stick up cam and my live view freezes after about 0.5 seconds. I read when I turn off my cell data it helps, which it does. But I don’t want to have to help turning my data on and off. When is ring going to fix this?

Hi @FORSYTH. What is the RSSI for you device? I would also ensure that you are using the correct ports and protocols for your internet router. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) will show you the ports and protocols that Ring uses. This typically corrects most issues with freezing videos.
