Lights work on my floodlight camera, but camera does not

Both of my floodlight cameras went off-line, and I was only able to reconnect one. My second floodlight cam, when I go to hard reset it, the flashing white light never comes on and I cannot start the reconnecting process. I do have it hardwired and there is electricity going to the flood as the flood lights continue to work. What options do I have here?

If your Camera is no longer entering setup mode to go through [reconnecting it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network), I would also try a power cycle of the Camera by shutting off the power to it for a minute and turning it back on.
