Light Motion Sensor on Floodlight Camera

Hi, I have a Floodlight Camera and the motion sensor light is not working. I can manually turn the light on via the app. However, when I walk by, it says “you’re being recorded” but the light does not come on. Please advise. Thank you!

Hi @user_56e45f. Make sure that Motion-Activated Lights are toggled on under Device Settings > Light Settings for your Floodlight Cam. In addition, adjust the Motion Zones for Lights to ensure they are not turned off.
