Indoor cams constantly alerting - now intolerable
I have 2 indoor Cam gen2 and StickUpCam Pro. Pro is still currently working OK. The two indoor cams are now both in constant motion detection alert melt down. Changing zones / unplugging to reset / anything else is having no effect. Reading threads I am not alone. This needs to be sorted IMMEDIATELY. Currently the product is not fit for purpose and I am now consdering de-comissioning and replacement with an alternative solution. I've only had a few days of proper usage before whatever change has occurred has rendered the system intolerable. I have another StickUpCam Pro not even opened yet - there is no point .....

The day after my post, overnight the problem righted itself. Yesterday it's started all over again. Are you messing with the algorithms?

Hi @user_72d873. Do you have the Indoor Cam 2nd Gen, or a different Ring Security Camera? Where is the Indoor Cam set up? It's possible there is something in its view that is triggering the motion detection. Do you have any additional settings configured, like Smart Alerts?

Hi @user_8a2a16. Would you be able to provide screenshots of how your Motion Settings are configured? Also, have you attempted to reset your device? You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Let me know if that helps.
