Hi, can someone help me? I'm from Philippines and I bought a used Ring stickup cam to add as my 3rd security camera. However, when I tried to setup I found out that it was registered to someone and when I request for device transfer after few days I received an email that "device could not be setup". Is there any way I can use this cam?
