Floodlight not turning off

Tried all the suggestions found on line from previous Ring customers, the spotlight turns on at night when motion activated but then doesn't turn off again. Still, quiet night, no wind, settings at lowest motion and human only, please help as I can't use this system if the light doesn't turn on when needed and off by itself..Thank you
