floodlight cameras dim and flickering

Question

I just installed 2 ring floodlight cams and both are having light issues. One of them will tun on and after about a second the light gets really dim and is flickering. The other one turns on and its really dim but not flickering. i have gone over the wiring and junction boxes everything is tight and how its supposed to be i double checked all my work. Both cameras do say they have poor wifi connection and don't seem to stay connected, im not sure if that would have anything to do with it.

Hi @user_477dfd. What is the signal strength reported as for each Floodlight Cam? It may be having an impact here, but typically a problem with the lights would be caused by wiring or something physical. If you haven't done so already, try using the reboot option in the Ring app to reboot each Floodlight Cam.
