Floodlight cam 1st gen lost night vision

The last few days my Floodlight cam has lost its ability to see in the dark… when the floodlights go off, it becomes very dark. Is this a known issue? Software issue? Or has my light failed?

Hi @user3792. Do you have any ambient lighting around the Floodlight Cam that is on at night? This lighting could cause the night vision not to click on whenever it's dark, so try turning any nearby lights off or repositioning them if possible. You can also try a full reset on your Floodlight Cam if this concern persists. To reset the Cam, hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set the Floodlight Cam back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know if that helps! :)
