FloodCam Lights

We have just installed our flood cam light for our backyard. The motion sensor and camera are working great. However, we can’t get the lights themselves to come on at all. We’ve tried manually, with light timer, and also motion sensing lighting. Nothing is working. I assume since we installed it and the camera and motion are working that it is wired properly. But, we obviously need the light to work too! Help!
