  I have this issue, too. I just installed a stick Up Cam and the video is upside down!!! Mounting the camera on the wall is not possible in this location. I had to mount it under an overhang. Because of this, the camera is upside down. I see the video can be flipped on the indoor model. Why not the outdoor model? Please help!!!!

  Hi @JeepCK. The Stick Up Cam is not meant to be mounted upside down. This is why there is no option to rotate the image. I hope this clears things up for you.
