One of the two led lights are flashing on and off rapidly while the other is not working. Camera records when there is motion. Light flashes when there is motion .

Hi @user37175. Which model of Ring Camera do you have? You can find the model name on the original packaging or on the Device Health page in the Ring app.

@user37175 If you're seeing the flashing come from one of the Floodlights, and not the light on the bottom of the Camera, this shouldn't be happening. Try rebooting your Floodlight Cam in the Ring app using the steps outlined [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). This should only take a few moments. If that doesn't resolve the flashing light, you can try resetting your Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. You'll need to complete a new setup in the Ring app afterwards using the steps under Set Up a Device. If these troubleshooting suggestions don't work, and one of the lights on your Floodlight Cam is still flashing persistently, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further assistance. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
