Does Ring Pole Mount work with the spotlight cam wired (2nd generation)?

The product description of the Ring Pole Mount doesn't say it support the spotlight cam wired, although it supports "Spotlight Cam Battery." I thought the spotlight cam battery and wired are physically identical except one has a plug? Did anyone successfully attach the spotlight cam wired to the pole mount? Thanks for your input.

Hi @wonder543. The [Pole Mount](https://ring.com/products/pole-mount-spotlight-cam-and-stick-up-cam) is compatible with the Spotlight Cam Battery or Spotlight Cam Solar. Since it is not designed to be used with the Spotlight Cam Wired, we can't guarantee that it will fit correctly if you try to use it. If any other neighbors have tried this installation setup, they're welcome to chime in.
