DO NOT BUY Ring Spotlight Cam

Hello, here to relay a story: - my Ring Spotlight Cam died - it was roughly 3 years old - I charged the battery (normal process) - the unit did not power on - I contacted support - they inform me the unit is dead and there is nothing they can do - they offer 35% discount on a new unit - Why??? So I can buy another piece of garbage that will break again? I see very little value in this product. The unit broke. The company took no responsibility. Furthermore, the company is trying to profit after the product broke. Scammers. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Additionally, I will also encourage others to use different products. I will instead spend my 35% discount using my time to warn others away from this shoddy product.
