Difficulty Upgrade path for the new Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro!

I was unable to attach mount my new Ring Floodlight Cam Pro in the same location on the brick wall that my original Ring Floodlight Camera was attached to without drilling new holes for the screw and electrical box. The original mounting plate was centered over the power cord coming through the brick wall, and fastened with four screws in the plate. Rings reconfiguration makes it impossible to install the new plastic mount where the metal back plate was because there is now a hole right where the the only mounting screw can be fastened. I guess Ring never thought of that when they fabricated a new plastic mounting plate for the Floodlight Pro Cam. I am shocked that they still haven't created a work around for all of the customers who are trying to upgrade their old Floodlight Camera with a new Floodlight Cam Pro. The only solution is to plug the four mounting holes in the brick and move the bracket down the wall so the wires will come through the top of the new plate and then drill a new hole and anchor in the brick for the single mounting screw. Why didn't they create a way to adapt the new floodlight cam pro to the original wall plate, without having to go through all this extra work. Or at least give upgraders a special mounting bracket made for those of us who want to upgrade. It's bad enough that our original Ring floodlight camera lights burned out in less than two years and the protective lens fell off three weeks ago, so their gear isn't very durable. Is there anyway to procure the plastic backplate that your UK users receive with their Floodlight Cam Wired Pro units for it looks like it will work better than the back plates they ship with the U.S. version?
