Constant connection

Hi. We have a Ring camera which we are using to monitor my Mother In Law’s room. The problem I am having is after establishing the connection to the camera, it goes dark after only a few minutes. I am trying to determine how to establish A continual connection, which will provide a 24 x 7 view from this camera. Can this be done?
