connecting ring mount spotlight cam to existing amcrest security cam location?

i am attempting to install my new ring mount spotlight cam (hardwired version) to my previous home security cam location and the existing power source is a siamese cable with both coax for the video and power consisting of a red wire and a blck wire (assuming 12v DC?). Can I mount my new ring spotlight to this power source? The new ring has 3 wires (black, red and white)
