Cannot connect Ring security camera to eero wifi network
I recently installed an eero 6+ mesh wifi network which works nicely for all my connected devices except for my Ring security cameras. Prior to eero, I was using Verizon 5G Home Wifi and I had no problems connecting to that network. I also have a Ring Pro doorbell that connects successfully to my eero network. When I go to setup a device, my camera is recognized by the app, and announces "now connected to Ring app", and the "connecting to wifi" process proceeds to 95%, then eventually times out. My eero h/w has the latest s/w installed; is there a firmware update available for the camera? I'm trying to connect to my eero guest network which is only 2.4GHz. Is there a network tweak I need to apply?
