    Hey @Mesa. If your camera will not turn on or activate the Live View after changing the battery, please see if these steps help you: - Press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds - Go into the Ring app \> Main Menu \> Devices \> Camera \> Device Health \> Reconnect or Change Wifi Network - This will walk you through another setup of the device, and once you bring it back online, see if the Live View works for you In the event the device is not reconnecting or the Live View is not loading, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
