Blurry when motion is detected

Looking for some info on the stick up battery cams, when motion is detected it's starts blurt then goes clear how can I stop it being bluey as Thats the initial capture time, wifi has good signals all over I have 3 cams same on all of them Any suggestions would be most welcone
