Blurry video for the first 4 seconds
Hi everyone, I have several Ring cameras set up around my house, and I have noticed that for every recorded events, the first 4 seconds are always very blurry, which is not good as I am unable to identify people's faces or see other details. I am using both Stick Up and Stick Up Pro cameras, on wifi. I moved the cameras right next to the router to ensure the best Wifi connection, but the blurry videos are still happening at the begining of every recordings. I tried to desactivate HDR and/or Night Colour, but it doesnt help. It sounds like it could be a Ring bug. Anyone else has the same issue or managed to fix it ? if possible at all ?

Hi @David_P. This sounds like the Pre-Roll feature, which captures the first 4 seconds before the motion event is triggered. Pre-Roll can't be turned off, but you can expand your Motion Zones, so motion is triggered earlier. This will allow more of the event to be captured.
