Battery is not charging

just bought a Ring Stick Up and my battery is not taking a charge. First tried a USB charger and cable that came with it. Then a different charger and cable, still says 0 percent. The orange and green light come on, but 4 hours of charging twice has done nothing.

Seems to be a camera issue. I used a known good battery from my Ring Doorbell, and the battery still shows zero percent. Where is customer service. Seems like Ring hides it.

When i bought the stick up cameras they needed to be charged. And i thought it would take a few hrs but after 6 hrs both lights were still on until the next day. I thought my charger was weak but i checked and it was 2.4 amp. This raises a concern as when the batteries are out, it means we have no security for a day, unless we buy extra batteries. I just hope if it takes that long to charge it should last for a long time.

Hi neighbors! While it does take several hours to charge the batteries fully, it should not take an entire day to do so. If you have inserted your fully charged battery into your Ring device, and it is not showing the battery level, please confirm that it is powered and online by triggering a live view from the Ring app. If live view connects this means the battery is charged, and your battery level should update in the app after some time. Try also removing and reinstalling the app on your mobile device, if this is the case. If your device is not recognizing the battery at all, please ensure there is not any debris in the battery slot. For maximum up time between charges, it is recommend to get a back up battery for convenience. If these concerns persist, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
