Batteries Showing Red

I just inserted two fully charged batteries in my spotlight cam. On the app both batteries show 12%. I have switched them from left to right and back, still showing 12%. I placed them back in the charger and they are showing fully charged, any suggestions?

    Hi @JRod2. Try triggering a test event in the Ring App, such as pulling up the Live View or walking in front of the Spotlight Cam to cause a motion event. If the battery percentage still doesn't update, you can also walk the Spotlight Cam through a fresh setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. I hope this helps! :)
