Archived Ring Video Slow To Load Or Will Not Load At All

Trying to access some Ring video from 11 years ago. Most of the videos I need to acces will not load and I get the video not available icon. If it does happen to load it takes 20 seconds or more. I am using the web brower. 80% of the videos will not load.

I keep trying and trying to access the same video and it works after about 4 tries. Quite janky.

It says couldn't connect to camera but I want to see archived footage not live video.
