Any suggestion for the horizontal lines on the video from LED lights?

I see a couple of posts about horizontal lines on the ring camera video but there's no solution for it beside keep the lights out of the video. While that fixes the issue, my lights are on the dining room table which are installed pretty low and close to the table. So I'm wondering if there's any way to fix it?
