Annoying Pop Up On Solar Stick Cams
Hi All, So I have invested in 3 x Solar Stick-Up cams in addition to the 3rd Gen Ring Doorbell as I wanted some secuirty camera, but didn't fancy wiring all the way round the house. They are set-up in battery mode as if run in wired mode (which the app prompts you to use), they drain the batteries down in a single night. Now I'm getting constant pop-ups asking me if I want to switch to wired mode during the day. Is there any guidance from Ring on which mode to use with the solar cams or a way to disable the annoying prompt every time a camera is accessed? Thanks Rob

Hi @The\_Digital\_Platypus. It should not prompt you each time you access the Camera. Would you be able to share a screenshot showing the prompt that you're receiving? In the meantime, you may want to try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App. This step typically clears up any app-related concerns. :)
