All Devices Offline

I woke up this morning to find all my devices offline. There had been no power outage, and there had been no issues with or changes to my WiFi. I called tech support, and they basically just said to charge my batteries (though the devices were charged). Has this happened to anyone before any thoughts on how to address it?

    Hi @user_9b0eaa. Devices should automatically reconnect once wifi is fully restored, provided the devices had a strong connection. If they had a weak connection prior to the outage, they may have difficulty reconnecting. You can manually reconnect them via the Device Health menu. Once they're connected, you can view the RSSI in that same menu.

      I'm having the same issue. in the last week, all 3 of my cameras that have worked fine for years are now offline. all have power, all have been cycled, my wifi singal is strong.

      Hi @user_0e58b1. Have you tried reconnecting them to your Wi-Fi?

    We are having the same issue. When reconnecting device, it states wifi password incorrect even though it is correct. Why did this happen to all 5 of our devices and why are all 5 devices not reconnecting?
