account.ring.com website stopped showing battery levels on camera 'gear' icon

Question

For the last several years I could use the website while I work to check battery levels without having to use the app on my phone.  This recently stopped showing battery levels.  Anyone know if this is permanent feature change?Also, when 2 batteries are in the camera it will show low battery on the camera image even when it is only one of the two batteries is low and sends out warning while I still have over 80% left on the other battery.

After several weeks of this issue, I see they fixed it, hope this post had something to do with that.

Added note, when I connected with Ring support about this data not being available anymore the response was -  documentation doesn't show it exists so I was apparently just lucky that I had it for that time when it did work.
