My Ring plan for a broker Doorbell Cam expires July 2025. How do I add my newly purchased Ring Doorbell Cam to my Ring Plan? I have removed the broken Doorbell from the plan.

Hi @user_3febb4. Is this the Ring Home Basic plan? If so, it only applies to one Ring Doorbell or Camera, and cannot be transferred to a different device. In this case, you will need to cancel your existing plan, and subscribe to a new one for the new Doorbell. You can manage your plan by logging in on Ring.com, and clicking the Plan tab.
