Ring devices with new hoise
troubleshooting
Hi we got ring devices with our new house. The previous owner erased them from their account. I was able to connect the base station but the rest of the devices say they are waiting to “connect to network”. Has anyone had this issue ? I also can’t seem to subscribe to a plan when I go to chose a plan on my account the page is just blank
