Professional monitoring add on ?

We have the home standard plan which is $99.99 a year. We got an email that said it’s going up to $199.99 a year. We have professional monitoring currently from what we are reading but is that what the new price difference will be? If we want to continue the professional monitoring we need to pay more? Not very clear.

Hi @user_a6c336. Can you please share a screenshot of the email you received? This will give us a bit more information about the plan you currently have and how the recent changes to subscriptions will impact you. Professional Monitoring is now an add-on feature, so what that looks like for you will vary depending on what you originally had prior to these changes.
