Pop Ups in Ring App Complaint to Apple

So it appears Ring shut off any reply’s to my original post about the Pop Up’s for premium services in the app that they will not remove unless I update from standard to premium. I think you can still see that post but you cannot reply. So here is my update here. In doing a search, we see a number of post complaining about this practice of Ring. This is not about money but about Ring’s deceptive and invasive practice of forcing you to upgrade to premium services even if you do not need them or live with these invasive popups that make the app you are paying for with standard plans unusable. We have an an attorney do an initial review and we believe this practice violates the apple App Store guidelines so we are going to file a complaint with Apple on the ring app to see if we can get it removed from the App Store. Since it looks like we have to switch to Blink cameras anyway since Ring has said upgrade or live with the popups. But again we believe this violates Apple App Store rules. If you are having the same problem with ring where they have told you we will not remove the popups until you upgrade to premium services even though you have a paid standard account, let me know here. I will let everyone know once we have filed the official complaint with Apple. I am sure it will take Apple a while to respond. Anyone know if Android has similar rules for their App Store where a complaint may be good to file there
