Hi, I’m new to the ring community.

* Hi, I’m LaLa and I’m new to the ring community. I’ve never owned a Ring/Alexa product before! It’s not exactly what I thought I’d be. I’m very annoyed that I nd to verify who I am “EVERY TIME” I log in!🤬 Why can’t it remember my device so, that I don’t have to “CONSTANTLY” cont. to sign in and verify who I am!! I had expected Alexa to verbally Announce; on my tablet or t.v. w/daily reminders; as I often do NOT pu my tablet/ph, etc. it’d be GR8T if ring could work on making that happen! * I’m still trying to figure out Alexa on my t.v. The motion alerts pop up far too often and interrupt my programs. Then, I have to rewind the program so, that I can see what I missed. I thought that Alexa was always listening but, on my devices, I’ve had to push buttons to get her to respond or reconnect/log in…🙄 I have to physically remove the pop up fm the screen; instead of a drop down banner.🙄🤨. Come on Ring pls. fix that…lol I guess I’m a DIVA🤣😂🤣😂. * I’m considering buying more ring products. However, I’m hesitant. I personally do not find it to be very user friendly; as far as finding items quickly. As a new user, I find it somewhat complex and confusing. I decided to finally buy the ring pro but, had intended on getting the ring 4. (longer story) However, I’m finding that the pro seems to be sufficient. * I’ve got less than “SAVORY” Neighbors on one side of me (and I don’t trust their visitors). I caught one guy peeing near the fence in broad daylight 🤬”. Not to mention, I once caught the men replacing the gas meters “STEALING” water fm my water hose. As well as one of my neighbors “. 🤬👿💩 So, now you can see why I nd cameras everywhere! Since the housing crisis, my neighborhood has turned into a lot of rentals; that we’re once Family homes!😵‍💫. It use to be a nice quiet Neighborhood but, now I feel like I live nxt to a dive bar, during the summer and early morning hrs!👺 I’m getting older and more disabled; so now maybe, I can have more peace of mind now that I’ve installed Ring. Sry, for ranting but, I miss my old Neighbors/Neighborhood. And I want these scumbags to move ASAP; but, unfortunately for Me…they’ve no plans on doing so😫🥺* 1. List item
