Giving ring subscription as a gift
I want to give a ring subscription as a gift. Is there anyway to suprise them with this? What info would I need? just they email address used for their account? thanks, jim

Seems like there’s a better way to do this Ring. You’re losing out on revenue. You should offer gift cards that can be redeemed by the recipient. This is a huge marketing and sales miss for you.

Literally just bought a doorbell for my Mum. Madness that I can’t take out a subscription for her.

This is frustrating and common with subscription services. It is not an option, because it bypasses setting up a credit card for automatic renewal. Companies make a lot off of auto-renewals because people forget.

What a great gift idea! Unfortunately, you cannot gift a Ring Protect subscription directly. You would need to give them the money to purchase a Ring Protect subscription on their own Ring account.
