Change plans
I have two locations with ring devices. The locations are about 100 km apart. One location I have 3 devices. Wouldn't it be better if I changed it from basic plan to Plus? I understand it would be cheaper per month. How do I change that? I couldn't see in interface how to change a plan. I was thinking about buying a 4th device at the location where I already have 3 devices. The 2nd location only has one device. Thanks for your help Scott

Hello I have a question I have had a basic plan on my ring doorbell for two years paying yearly 2 days ago I purchased a stick up camera for my driveway, I t kept telling me my free trial was running out so I decided to put the camera on basic like my doorbell, but although I paid by credit card on the 7 th of December 2022it now says my camera will need paying again on the 30th of January 2023 this is when my doorbell is due again when I rang ring to talk about this I was told if you have two basic accounts they will lump them together I don’t agree with this as if I pay both on the 30th of January 2023 my camera has only had 11 months coverage and not 12

THi @peterperfect. What happens when you add a device and Ring Protect Subscription, you are charged a pro-rated amount for the time left in your billing cycle. This means you only end up paying for the amount of time you've used and you pay for both subscriptions on the same date. I hope this information helps.
