Can't cancel ring protect subscription

Im trying to cancell my subscription but because I don’t have my email address or mobile number that’s link to my account to receive the verification code Yous won’t cancell the subscription. Ive raised a dispute with my bank as Yous have been taking money from my account even though I don’t have access to the ring account and I can’t cancell it, they have requested I provide some documents proving I’ve made contact and and asked to have the subscription cancelled. Does anyone have a email address that I can contact ring.
