Cancelling my subscription

Hi. I accidentally cancelled my subscription at the end of my annual billing period (31 January 2026). I wanted to cancel it immediately (31 January 2025). I am still subscribed but no longer given the option to cancel it (I can't see the cancel subscription button). Is there a way to cancel it online without having to speak with Ring Support? Many thanks.
