I just added the protect plan i am no longer getting notification or anything i can only see live views what am i missing

    Hi @user23697. Make sure notification permissions for the Ring app are enabled in your phone's settings. We also have more notification troubleshooting tips in our Community post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/how-to-troubleshoot-ring-notifications-on-ios-and-android-devices/131556). After checking those notification troubleshooting tips, verify your [Motion Zones](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210243483-Utilizing-Motion-Zones-with-your-Ring-Devices) are set up the way you'd like them to be for your Ring Doorbell or Camera and try triggering a test event.
