Australia cannot purchase ring protect

I have tried on safari, internet explorer on my laptop , chrome to no avail. Each time I select purchase it takes me back to the same screen and I cannot ring because there is no contacts for Australia. We keep being directed to looks like you’re new to ring how can we help. Welcome etc. Right now we feel ripped off because we bought the cameras on a recommendation but if we cannot record movement what is the point. !I have tried and tried and the website won’t allow me to purchase ring protect.     Hi @6603. You'll want to make sure you're signed in to the same Ring account that the devices are set up under. If you're the Shared User, you can't purchase a Ring Protect plan for the devices. Try following the steps in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-au/articles/360030333671-How-to-subscribe-to-Ring-Protect-) to sign up for the plan. If that doesn't work, you would want to reach out to our support team directly as they can help get you signed up.
