AD SPAM FOR RING ALARM PRODUCT

For months, you continue to put the ad promoting your alarm product on my web-based Ring account page where I access the services I pay for on a yearly basis.I do not want to see this annoying ad every time I access "history," "neighbors," etc.Why can't I turn off ads? I already x-out this ring alarm product ad several times a day. If I don't want to buy this product, seeing the ad several times a day for months won't change my mind. In fact, I'm now committed to never buying this product because of what feels like ad spam.
