A year before video records?

is it possible to see my camera records to see a year ago? It normally save for 60 days but is there any chance to special request from Ring if they have an option to provide previous records even more than 60 days? Thank you

Hi @Hal28. Once a video has been deleted, it can no longer be recovered. There are no backups stored in order to protect our neighbors’ privacy. I’d recommend adjusting your video storage time to your preference, and downloading any videos you need to keep for longer than that time frame.
