  I’m also having the same issue…today my son backed his car out of the garage, parked it at the end of the driveway and then moved my car into the garage. The camera picked up his car backing out and parking but did not record him walking to my car and pulling it into the garage. I feel like this is a significant amount of time and there was obviously a bunch of movement (him walking to the car and the car driving into my garage). We have no issues with wifi and the camera is pointed at the front of our driveway looking down it so any movement is directly in its view. Interested to see what others say the issue could be as I have no idea.

  Thank you for posting your story. I'm glad I'm not imagining this. I will look forward to some kind of response about this. I'm on the Premium Plan. A battery Ring Doorbell but it's Hardwired in. No problem with my Wifi. My device is showing 100% battery.
