Hi there, we’ve just set up 4 cameras around the house and set them to motion detect. but they don’t seem to be detecting motion.  must they be ‘live’ 24hrs a day to detect motion? I was hoping they would trigger alerts every time there was movement.

    Hi @user_1c5284. I would recommend making sure you have set up your Motion Settings correctly. I would also suggest making sure you have Motion Detection turned on for all your Cameras. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
