wired ring pro

Installed my new wired Ring doorbell pro and it worked for about a hour then offline. Tried all suggestions and nothing worked. Called customer support and spent about 45 minutes and nothing worked. my devise health app says transformer connection is really good so it isn't electrical. I restarted my modem and turned off the electricity and on and it won't connect to my wifi. It restart button and hold until white circle spins and no connection.
